I added an intext citation in one location and clicked format citation, it repeatedly disappear in this location but appeared multiple times on another location that used the same citation. This is after I switched t the beta version.
After this I switched back to the old version, but when I add another citation in text e.g.[27], which was cited previously in the same paper, it appeared as a separate citation e.g.[36], when i checked all references in this paper, one appeared as added by me, another appeared as added by another user. I have never had a shared user, only used the same account on different computers. How should I solve this problem?
