Include DOI regardless of page numbers

I realise this is an old conversation, but I am a fairly new user and needing a bit of help.

My citation style is “Cite Them Right 12th edition - Harvard”.
“Always include DOIs and URLs.” is ticked.

For my Journal Articles with only a DOI the DOI gets formatted into the references, but for those which also have page numbers, the page numbers show but the DOI does not. Ideally I’d like them both to show.

e.g. I get

Atkinson, H. (2006) ‘Strategy implementation: a role for the balanced scorecard?’, Management Decision, 44(10), pp. 1441–1460.

but I’d like

Atkinson, H. (2006) ‘Strategy implementation: a role for the balanced scorecard?’, Management Decision, 44(10), pp. 1441–1460. Available at: Strategy implementation: a role for the balanced scorecard? | Emerald Insight.

Sorry if I’m just not understanding it!

Sorry, my doi got expanded in the editor, but hopefully you get my drift.

Welcome to the Paperpile community, @James_Battersby! The citation style Cite Them Right 12th edition - Harvard will include page numbers and the DOI if 1) the reference in your Paperpile library has page numbers and 2) the Always include DOIs and URLs option is selected.

Have you checked that the references you wish to cite each have page numbers and DOIs in your Paperpile library? To check, select each reference, click Edit in the toolbar to open the dialog where you can view the reference information, and check that the Pages and DOI fields are non-empty. When these fields are non-empty, the citations appear correctly on our end.
