Issues With Payment

While trying to pay the subscription fees through a credit card, its mentioned that it needs further authentication, and the payment is not going through. I have emailed multiple times to support@paperpile.com but strangely, no response. What kind of service is this?

If no support is provided, how can we trust Paperpile?
