Keyboard shortcut for comment on a pdf of a paper

Hi - I have searched on here but couldn’t find.

When I am doing literature review of papers in pdf format I use the shortcut key ‘u’ for underline highlighted section.

But I can’t seem to workout if or what the shortcut for comment on a section is. I have tried c but it doesn’t work.

Thanks so much btw for adding the ‘export annotations’ bit - that saves a lot of time.
