Keyboard shortcuts for moving citations & attaching PDFs

I use Paperpile in a work capacity (medical librarian) and three things would help improve the workflow

  1. Often have to move citations from one folder to another. Using F will open up a popup with the current folder selected. Would be helpful to be able to do is use the keyboard to deselect the current folder, select the destination folder, and Apply changes (maybe currently possible and have missed it somehow?)
  2. To attach a file to a citation you can press O. On the subsequent popup, you cannot use the keyboard to activate Choose files (as far as I can see) but have to do this with your :mouse:
  3. Frequently share literature search request with staff (via the Anyone with the link option) and it would be :backhand_index_pointing_right: very helpful if labels added were visible when client viewed the results. That way could let them know to look at the XYZ papers for this and the ABC papers for that etc

Thanks, Rob

Thank you for taking the time to share this, @Rob_Penfold; these are practical suggestions. Better keyboard shortcut efficiency in the folder/label menus and Attach files windows, and making labels visible in share link webpages make a lot of sense. I’ll pass your feedback along to the product team for consideration.
