Paperpile does a great job of pulling preprints from arXiv and bioRxiv, but (perhaps annoyingly) there seems to be a drive to further separate into e.g. medRxiv which paperpile does not pick up in the browser.
Added to our tracker - there will be major updates for our import features soon, so this can be considered in the context of that implementation.
