New Paperpile cannot complete uploading PDF.
Data uploading seems success but the procedure doesn’t finish, which means no new index created.
I could upload PDF files via old Paperpile though.
Anyone has the same problem or any solution for this?
Apologies for the inconvenience. This is an issue on our end which is affecting a few users; the team is already working on a fix. As a temporary workaround, you can use the old interface side by side (paperpile.com/app) where upload should be working normally.
We’ll keep you posted of any updates. Let us know if there’s anything else in the meantime.

@Yuhi the source of this issue was a passing server glitch, so things should have been working normally since Friday. Let us know otherwise, or if there’s anything else!
