NHS OpenAthens Proxy

Hi there! Long time user here but I no longer have access to Sheffield University library and am now using NHS OpenAthens. Is it possible to set up a proxy that works? I tried the only OpenAthens option in the list but the URI wasn’t recognised.

Welcome to the forum, @seedanger! Although we don’t yet support OpenAthens, some users have been able to connect with the method described in the post below.

Provide support for OpenURL resolver

@lalarabbit (and everybody), following some updates we’ve had other users successfully configure access to OpenAthens (manually via library Settings > Proxy Access) with a link resolver looking like: https://go.openathens.net/redirector/qut.edu.au?url=$@ You would need to replace the qut.edu.au bit with your own institution’s URL (or something like that).
