Just a bug report, reasonably minor and can be fixed by closing and reopening the google docs addon or refreshing the page.
To reproduce:
- Have both the docs addon and chrome plugin installed
- Create a new doc
- Open the docs addon sidebar
- Add a reference to your document using the chrome plugin (ctrl+alt+p)
- Try to refresh the docs addon sidebar
The refresh button on the sidebar isn’t visible yet, it only shows up once there are already references in the sidebar.
Proposed solution:
Add the refresh button to the sidebar when there aren’t any citations being shown
