Hi, I cannot annotate my PDFs anymore and the previous annotations are not showing anymore.
The highlight button on the top of the page is grayed out and its tool-tip says “you don’t have enough permission to add annotation to this file”. Why this is happening ? I’m using my own account.
I’m guessing here. Could you have an ad or privacy blocker that is causing the issue? I’d suggest opening Paperpile in the Chrome icognito window and try the same process again.
