The button is missing (for a while) as shown in the image.
I can still import the paper by clicking on the extension while I’m on Arxiv.
Welcome to our forum, @burin, and thanks for the report. I could reproduce and have let the team know so they can look into this. In the meantime, a workaround would be to import via the context (right-click) menu.
