Is it possible to ask Paperpile to not change the Title of my upload files.

I assume you are talking about the file names? We give PDF files consistent naming and organization on your Google Drive. This ensures that files are easy to find and identify and makes it more possible for us to catch when things are not working correctly.
We currently do not have plans for changing this, but you can manually change the name back by clicking the paperclip under the paper in your library, and then clicking the “Rename” link.
