I have not been able to load Paperpile for the past 20 minutes. It is a white screen with the loading circle. I have tried restarting my browser, and my internet works otherwise. Is Paperpile working for anyone else right now?

Besides restarting the browser, have you tried signing out/in of both Paperpile and Google? Uninstalling and reinstalling the extension could also help. If you’re signed in to more than one account on Chrome, please try the same from a fresh Chrome Profile where you’re only signed in to your Paperpile-associated Google account.
If the issue persists, it would also be worth trying from another browser — the Paperpile Chrome extension runs on any Chromium-based one (Brave, Vivaldi, MS Edge…), but you can also try accessing the library from any other browser without the extension installed. Let us know.
Hi, thanks so much for getting back to me. It ended up working around 5pm. I restarted my laptop and then it started working. Likely not coincidental. It is odd, however, as everything else on my laptop was working normally. Thanks again for your time and help.
