The "Paperpile" folder is not being created in my Google Drive, so I cannot use the integration features.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Set the PDF viewer to "Google Drive" in the settings.
  • Cleared my browser's cache and cookies.
  • Tried using Incognito (private) mode.
  • Signed out and signed back in to my Paperpile account.
  • Completely disconnected and re-linked my Google Account to Paperpile.

Despite all these steps, the "Paperpile" folder still does not appear in my Google Drive.

Could you please investigate my account?

Welcome to our forum, and thanks for reaching out @koseihana2525. A member of our team checked our backend and your files were successfully uploaded to Google Drive, so the Paperpile folder should already be in your Drive.
