Paperpile on chromebook does not load

HI,
Paperpile on chromebook (Duet 3 Lenovo) never loads up. The load ring rotates, but the page does not open. I tried to reinstall extension. It did not help.
Any hints?

Thank you for reporting, and I’m sorry for the trouble, @Petro. Could you try the following reset?

  1. Right-click anywhere on the screen and go to Paperpile > Send debug logs …

  1. Click Reset database (circled below)
