Paperpile PDF viewer stuck in "View Only"

I have a Paperpile account liscened through my University and a separate one on a free trial on my personal account. I find that when I open PDFs in my University account through the Paperpile PDF Viewer Beta they are stuck in View Only so I cannot annotate or search. However, when I open PDFs from my personal account, everything works fine. Please let me know if there is some way I can fix this or if it is a bug.

Welcome to our forum, @Steffan_Paul! Has this continued happening? Did you import papers to each account separately? Either way, my first advice would be using Chrome Profiles to keep account activity separate - check out this article from our Help Center for more details about that. Please let us know if the issue persists.
