A colleague started a Google Doc. The Paperpile plug-in appears in the Extension menu, but when I click on it, the Quick Start Guide or Manage Citations options open blank windows.
Thanks for the report, @Polonia! Is this still the case with our optional sidebar add-on? As you can see from this quick video, things appear to be working normally on our end so we need a few more details to debug / troubleshoot your case. Please answer the following and share a screenshot or recording if possible.
Which browser version are you on?
Are you signed in to multiple Google accounts on the browser?
Was the document shared with editing rights?
Have you tried creating a new document and attempting to use Paperpile there? (if not, please do)
