the PDF opener, especially with annotations and large files takes forever to load or does not load at all. Even scrolling is not seemless.
I am on windows. I do not have this issue on ipad/iphone.

- Which browser are you using on Windows (and version, if possible)?
- Does this happen with all PDFs, or only certain ones (e.g., very large files, heavily annotated papers)?
- Roughly how large are the files (MB and/or page count)?
- Do you notice high CPU or memory usage when the PDF is loading?
Could you please email our support team at support@paperpile.com with one or two example PDFs? Having concrete examples will allow our team to try to reproduce the issue and pinpoint what’s causing the slow loading and scrolling.
