PDFs not saving to Google Drive / Viewer error

Dear Paperpile Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue regarding the synchronization between Paperpile and Google Drive.

Since just after midnight yesterday (JST - Japan Standard Time), files imported into Paperpile are not syncing correctly to Google Drive. Specifically, the PDFs are not appearing in my Drive storage, and consequently, I am unable to view them using the Google Drive viewer.

This is causing significant inconvenience, as I rely on the Gemini integration which requires these files to be properly synced.

Could you please investigate this issue? I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

Welcome to our forum, @yanyanmaru and thank you for reporting this issue. To help our team investigate, can you export the JSON of a reference that is not syncing to Google Drive? Select the reference in Paperpile, click the 3 dot menu in the toolbar, and select Export > JSON. Or you can select the reference and press Ctrl+J (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+J (macOS). Please share it via our in-app messenger or by emailing support@paperpile.com so that our engineering team can respond directly to you.
