Pin a Paper/Papers to the top of a Folder

Hi Stefan,
I have recently found a large systematic meta-analysis review Paper, and manually downloaded all of the 116 referenced papers into a Sub-Folder, and wanted to have the primary source paper Pinned to the top of the Folder for easy reference, and the only way I’ve been able to do it is delete it and then re-add it to my library, if we could Pin papers to the top it would be very useful!

Also an even more useful feature would be if the Reference Number from the primary source paper could be displayed by the title of each reference!
