Polish version of APA citation style is incorrect

Polish APA citation style does not use “&” but “i”. So instead of “Kowalski & Nowak, 2020” it should be “Kowalski i Nowak, 2020”.

Thanks for bringing this up, @Mikolaj_Magnuski. You’re right - normal APA style code doesn’t contemplate switching the ampersand (&) for the language-appropriate variant. The solution is to choose the following version of style:
