I’m sorry for the trouble, @James_Burchfield. Are there any error messages when you try to format, and if so, could you share a screenshot? Are you formatting via the Paperpile menu in the document’s top ribbon (generated by the browser extension), or our optional sidebar add-on? Trying the one you’re not using could be a workaround.
Some general troubleshooting suggestions:
- Restart the browser.
- Sign out/in of both Paperpile and Google.
- If signed in to more than one account on Chrome, try the same from a fresh Chrome Profile where you’re only signed in to your Paperpile-associated email.
- Cite in other documents (just to see if the same happens)
