I noticed that the forum is installable as a PWA, but the main web app isn’t. Making this change would make it feel much more native on ChromeOS and would allow for offline functionality like PDF access and annotation.

Thanks for the request, @jh7753, and a belated welcome to our forum! Rewrites for our web app and extension are underway; not sure if they’ll make our app a PWA but I’ve recorded your feedback for the team’s consideration.
I would like to chime in and vote for this feature as well!
Can this be revisited now that the rewrite has soft-launched? I would love to make Paperpile installable as a PWA
