Safari keeps prompting me to install the Paperpile extension, but I’ve already installed it, and there’s no yellow exclamation mark on the Paperpile icon.
Sorry about the inconvenience, @yank.tenyond. This may be that the Paperpile web app is detecting that the extension isn’t fully connected, even though it’s installed.
A few things to try:
- Make sure the extension is enabled in Safari > Settings > Extensions and that Paperpile is checked.
- Check that permissions are set to Always Allow on Every Website: go to Safari > Settings > Websites and confirm Paperpile has access.
- Try quitting and restarting Safari completely (not just closing the window).
If you’re still seeing the prompt after that, could you send us a message at support@paperpile.com or contact us through the in-app messenger? That way, we can troubleshoot with you directly.
