Skipped PDFs when downloading multiple PDFs to computer

Used find-PDF-online and manual labor to get all PDFs attached for about 150 papers.

Since paperpile doesn’t allow bulk human-label import, I wanted to download all PDFs locally for paper organization to write a review. Confirmed all PDFs are available (Has PDF) on the web platform.

I am facing the issue of:

  1. Select folder-export as zip automatically skipped 91/154 of PDFs. Only less than half of the files were downloaded.

  2. Synced to google drive and download all papers. Still 91/154 of PDFs in that sub-folder are missing.

I can’t transit the work of getting all files attached to local machines or any other citation managers.

Welcome to our forum, @Strickland, and sorry for the inconvenience. Our team checked the logs and found the PDFs were still uploading when you ran the export. Running it again should include all 154 files.

We’re filing a bug for the progress window not reporting accurately while uploads are still ongoing. Thank you for letting us know about this issue.
