I’m using Ms-Word. Some footnotes are randomly highlighted blue, see screen. This is not new, happens almost all the time. My only workaround, is that I click on P+Add/Edit Citation, and simply “Update Citation.” Then I goto away from the citation itself, then “Update Citations and Bibliography.”
