I have a few folders shared with a collaborator for a literature review that we’re doing. The folders have between 1000 and 3000 papers. If I try to scroll past 120 papers into any of them to show more papers, I get the following error: “Something went wrong — there was an error on our server. Try reloading Paperpile”. Reloading Paperpile unfortunately doesn’t fix it.
Am I doing something wrong?
Welcome to our forum, @Mariana_Marasoiu. Has this persisted? It might also be good to restart the browser, perhaps clear cookies and cache as well before giving it another go.
If that doesn’t do the trick, could you share the names of some of the folders where you’re experiencing this issue so the team can take a look? Let us know.
thanks for the reply @vicente, it all seems to be working fine now without having done anything since I posted the above message, and I can scroll past 120 (even to the end) now without any problems. thanks!
