On the android app, occasionally the “download file” never completes, it says stuck with a dialog “syncing 1/2 files”.
I shared a video to Vicente showing this behaviour, also showing that internet access to other sites was clearly working, but the download never completed.
This is probably wrong, but I wondered if this could be related to the problem of disappearing annotations on the android app. Another message on the forum gave me the impression that annotations are merged into the pdf on the server, and also I opened some .pdfs from paperpile’s “file cache” on the tablet (Main Storage > Paperpile using the FX file browser) and did not see recently created annotations. If annotations are merged on the server, perhaps the problem is that the sync to the server never completes.
