Toggle annotations on/off

Hi, just a quick minor usability suggestion.

Why not making the shortcuts for annotation modes (highlight, underline, strikethrough) toggle between on/off?

Pressing H would turn highlighting on, pressing H again would turn highlighting (and annotation) off. It feels more natural than having to press 0.

I guess you’re right. I don’t see any problems with that, although there might be something hidden why we have not done it yet.

The ‘0’ is not completely unintuitive because 1,2,3,4 are the main shortcuts to add a markup annotation, while H, U, T switch between the type of annotation.
