Hey, this is my first time on here and i need help figuring out what citation style this citation is, and how I cite it in APA 7 and I’m getting confused. Here is the citation:

Welcome to our forum, @Phoenix. The citation is a report, so you need to cite it according to the APA7 guidelines for reports by individual authors. You can save it to Paperpile by creating a new reference (click the Add button in the top left and select Create new) or you can save it to Paperpile with the P button in your browser toolbar or the Paperpile button in Google. After that, make sure that you have the Report type selected, the Authors, Publisher, Number, and URLs field completed in the Edit metadata dialog or the Create new dialog.
