My paperpile plugin doesn’t work in word. I have tried reinstalling the full app and “reinstall in word”. When I try to add citations the app says “Open a Word document to add citations” even when one is open. Thanks for any help!

Sorry about the trouble, Michael - did it work properly before? What type of computer and OS version are you on?
If the issue persists, please send us the plugin log file via chat or email (support@paperpile.com) so the team can further investigate. The easiest way to find the log is through the “P” icon on Word > Preferences > Send Log File , then attach the paperpile-logs.txt file to your message.
