Writing Space with Citation Integration

Could we create a writing space like the ones in Citavi and Perrla reference managers? They help researchers with citations and organizing references. They also let users pull annotations and notes directly from PDFs into their writing. This feature is missing in PaperPile.

Adding this feature could make PaperPile a top choice for researchers. I would love to see it included.

Thanks for the request, Tausif. I do need you to elaborate a bit – are you referring to a free-form note-taking space in the web interface, or some further integration with our Word plugin and the GDocs integration? Please let me know, and feel free to include screenshot examples.

I am referring to a free-form note-taking space in the web interface. Similar to Perlla and Citavi.
