Paperpile’s auto-download feature is great, but it would be even better if it would download both the main paper and the supplementary information, when the latter is available.
We do not have any current plans for this, but we do provide a link through which you can relatively easily grab the material:
You can then right-click the PDF link on the paper website to attach it to your article in Paperpile:
If you have just added the article, click the “View in Paperpile” button to select it, then go back and add the supplementary material via the context menu.

Thanks. I was aware of this solution, but it takes a lot more effort (and is a lot more prone to me forgetting to do this) than an automated solution would be.
