Welcome to our forum, @Sam_Crane ! Notes on mobile are still planned – we just haven’t been able to prioritize updating / adding features to the apps so far, but hope to soon (perhaps 2023). In the meantime, I have added your +1 to the topic on our tracker.
After reading a paper I like to summarize my thoughts, which I can do with the web version. Unfortunately I’ve not been able to figure out how to do this with the Android app.
Can this be researched and added as a future feature to the Android app?
Thanks!
I keep all my paper notes under “notes” field when using Paperpile on laptop, but I can’t seem to find it when on IPad app. Am I just not finding it? Is there plan to add it to IPad? Is there another place where I should add my notes on papers?
Inability to view notes is the major problem for me now with the mobile version. If the data already exists in a hidden field, can this be fixed easily / soon?
I tried finding these notes in the iOS version - they do not seem to be synchronized / viewable / editable in the app, right? They only exist in the Web view? Being able to edit those notes in the app would be really helpful. No need for anything fancy, just a simple text field would do fine.
Hi all,
I am new here (migrating from Mendeley).
I was wondering if there is a way to access our “Notes” for a paper via the iOS app ? I guess an alternative could be to attach a 2nd .txt file with my personal notes to each paper, but is the syncing of notes field itself on the roadmap ?
Many thanks,
Alexandros
